Any well supported and well written program is going to constantly advance and change. Medflow is fully dedicated to this process and we have eight full time software engineers that are diligently working on new features and additional functionality for the Medflow EMR software. Because of our very close ties to the ophthalmic industry, Medflow is in the position to immediately develop the newest diagnostic device interfaces to provide you the most cost effective and efficient solutions for your practice. There are few if any competitors in the marketplace that can accomplish this goal.
Updates and upgrades are part of the ongoing service. So long as you are paid up on your support you will automatically get every change we make to the system. We typically will do this about five to six times a year and we try very hard to keep all of our users on the same version. This allows us to provide better service and to make sure you do not have an obsolete system.
